A reputed University in Saudi Arabia invites applicants for the position of Assistant Professor in Nursing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Design and develop content for nursing courses, adhering to program specifications and Learning Outcomes (LOs).

- Employ innovative, student-centered teaching strategies in both theoretical and practical sessions.

- Support students during practical sessions, fieldwork, and clinical training.

- Select and review textbooks and instructional materials to enhance learning.

- Ensure quality teaching and learning processes, adhering to quality assurance standards.

- Prepare and review course reports and portfolios for continuous improvement.

- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects and dissertations.

- Engage in research, publishing at least two peer-reviewed papers annually.

- Participate in program and institutional committees, professional development, and community engagement activities.

- Contribute to the strategic and operational planning of the program and college.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Master’s or PhD in Nursing or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the college or university level.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
