| Job Description | An esteemed hospital in Kuwait is welcoming applications from experienced and dedicated professionals for the position of Registered Nurse. Job Description: - Conduct individualized patient assessments, prioritizing data collection based on the patient's immediate condition or needs within the timeframe specified by the facility's policies, procedures, or protocols. - Perform appropriate treatments as ordered by the physician in a timely and accurate manner. - Collaborate and communicate effectively with other health team members to maintain the patient's ongoing plan of care. - Provide ongoing education to patients and families, customized to their ability to learn and retain information. - Document patient assessment findings, physical/psychosocial responses to nursing interventions, and progress towards problem resolution. - Maintain current competency in medical surgical nursing. - Assist doctors in medical and surgical diagnostic procedures by preparing patients and getting ready with required items. - Integrate ethical provisions in all areas of practice and report illegal, incompetent, or impaired practices. - Maintain confidentiality in matters related to patients, families, and facility staff. - Observe Standard Precautions as per CDC, OSHA, and Kuwait MOH guidelines. - Understand roles and responsibilities in Emergency Action Plans and respond appropriately. - Perform other duties as defined in the detailed job description. |
| Job Profile | Job Requirements: Education & Training: - Holds either a BSN degree or Registered Nurse/Midwife Diploma. - Holds a valid practice license in home country. - Basic computer skills.
