One of the reputed University in Singapore invites applicants for the position of Assistant Professor in Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering).

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality undergraduate and graduate courses in Power Engineering.

- Mentor and supervise graduate students and postdoctoral research fellows, fostering a collaborative research environment.

- Disseminate new research findings in peer-reviewed journals and premier conferences, advancing the field of Power Engineering.

- Secure external research funding and establish a robust research program with industry-relevant applications.

- Drive innovation in Power Systems, Power Electronics, Electric Motors and Drive, Power Apparatus and Protection, Smart Grids, Renewable Energy Systems, or Wireless Power Transfer.

- Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement in Power Engineering disciplines.

- Facilitate research collaborations between the Electrical and Electronic Engineering department and industry partners.

- Participate actively in school, university, and professional service activities.

- Engage in the academic community through conference presentations, seminars, and workshops.

Qualifications Required:

- PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Teaching Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in engineering programs.

- A strong track-record of research and innovation in power engineering.

- Strong commitment to academic service and leadership.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
