One of the reputed University in Bahrain invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate / Full Professor in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality teaching in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

- Utilize student-centered learning or problem-based learning methodologies to engage and inspire students.

- Conduct practical and laboratory-based learning sessions effectively, integrating theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience.

- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate projects and theses.

- Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement in line with industry trends and technological advancements.

- Engage in scholarly activities including research, publications, and presentations in applied/industrial thematic areas.

- Provide academic advisement and mentorship to students.

- Participate actively in departmental meetings, committees, and academic-related activities.

Qualification and Experience:

- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a closely related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a tertiary institution, with primary instructional language in English.

- Demonstrated commitment to student-centered learning or problem-based learning methodologies.

- Strong practical abilities and experience in delivering practical and laboratory-based learning sessions.

- Preferred: At least 3 years of industrial experience in relevant fields.

- Active research involvement with a focus on applied/industrial thematic areas will be considered favorably.
