One of the reputed University in Kuwait invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate / Full Professor in Supply Chain & Logistics Management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Supply Chain & Logistics Management.

- Conducting interdisciplinary basic, applied, or policy research in collaboration with national and international partners.

- Contributing to a thriving research program by securing grants from local and international funding agencies.

- Mentoring and advising undergraduate and graduate students, fostering their academic and professional growth.

- Engaging in continuous scholarly activities and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in the field.

- Serving on program level, college level, and university level committees to contribute to academic governance and institutional development.

- Performing any additional duties assigned by the program chair, college dean, and university management.

Required Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Operations Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering with a concentration in Strategy or Technology Entrepreneurship, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.

- Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience in any approved higher education institution.

- Demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain & Logistics Management or related disciplines.

- Ability to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and secure research grants.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
