One of the reputed University in Qatar invites applicants for the position of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee the curriculum for Obstetrics and Gynecology.

- Assess and evaluate student performance.

- Support faculty development and provide mentorship.

- Manage clinical sites to ensure compliance with educational and safety standards.

- Design and update clerkship curriculum to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical clinical skills.

- Provide feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.

- Recruit and support faculty development initiatives.

- Identify and address gaps in critical functions relevant to clinical education and training.

- Implement measures for program evaluation.

Requirements:

Medical degree (MD, MBBS, MBChB, MBBCh) from a recognized institution.

Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Membership/Fellowship of the Royal College in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Preferred experience and/or scholarship in medical education.

Minimum of 3 or more years of teaching experience in the relevant disciplines.

Excellence in teaching within a medical college, preferably in an innovative student-centered integrated curriculum.

Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Arabic.

Strong interpersonal and administrative abilities.

Commitment to teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
