One of the reputed University in Saudi Arabia invites applicants for the position of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in Chemical Engineering.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Contribute to school and faculty policy and practice in teaching.

- Play a significant role in the design, development, and planning of courses and programs within the subject area.

- Participate in the review of courses and programs, as well as assessment, quality assurance, and quality enhancement processes.

- Develop innovative approaches to learning and teaching.

- Provide timely feedback and assessment of coursework and examinations.

- Offer support and guidance to students, resolving issues or referring to specialists as needed.

- Maintain scholarly or professional development activities and stay updated with developments in the field.

- Participate in student advisement and contribute to overall college activities.

- Represent the institution and faculty on appropriate committees and groups.

- Contribute to management and administrative processes within the school, faculty, and college.

- Participate in recruitment, management, development, and mentoring of colleagues.

- Perform other position-related duties as assigned by the Chair, Dean, Vice President, or President.

Qualifications & Experience (Required):

- B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering from accredited North American institutions of higher education.

- Proven academic teaching, research, and ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) experiences, preferably in the US or Canada.

- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in the relevant field.

- Professional registrations are desirable.

- Excellent command of the English language and familiarity with technology-infused academic environments.

- Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses and develop funded research programs.

- Expertise in experimental and computational basic and applied research in fields such as reaction engineering, nanotechnology, renewable energy applications, desalination, and water treatment.

- Preference will be given to candidates with postdoctoral research experience.
