One of the reputed University in UAE invites applicants for the position of Assistant/ Associate/ Full Professor in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities:

- Teach a variety of undergraduate courses including Intro to Programming, Engineering Mechanics Lab, Dynamics, System Dynamics, Controls, as well as advanced courses like Vibrations, Robotics, etc.

- Develop and deliver cutting-edge courses addressing contemporary topics such as AI and ML for Mechanical Engineers.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to MSc students working on their theses, and undergraduate students during their capstone projects.

- Engage in research activities, publish scholarly works, and seek external funding opportunities.

- Contribute to the development of curriculum and educational programs.

- Participate actively in departmental and institutional service activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching in engineering programs at the higher education level.

- Ability to teach a range of undergraduate and advanced courses.

- Capability to develop and teach advanced courses on contemporary topics.

- Experience mentoring MSc and undergraduate students.

- American Higher Education Experience.

- Demonstrated industry experience within the field is highly advantageous.
