| Job Description | One of the reputed University in Kuwait invites applicants for the position of Assistant/ Associate Professor in Computer Engineering. Job Description: - Demonstrate strong commitment to teaching excellence at the undergraduate level. - Prepare teaching materials and enhance subject expertise. - Develop and deliver courses, create assessments. - Evaluate, monitor, and mentor student academic progress. - Supervise and assist students in course-related aspects. - Guide, lead, and mentor students in research projects. - Actively participate in college and departmental activities. - Contribute to departmental committees. - Support TA and lab instructor supervision. - Contribute to university growth. - Participate in strategic activities and events. - Support college-wide activities with leadership, commitment, and collegiality. - Attend departmental and college meetings. - Undertake duties directed by the Head of Department. - Significantly advance research activities. - Publish findings in refereed journals. |
| Job Profile | Job Requirements - A PhD Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field from an internationally accredited university. - Excellent publication records, in particular during the last five years. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching in engineering programs at the higher education level. - Pursue academic achievements and have a demonstrable research capability. - Publish his/her research findings in refereed journals. - Have demonstrable skills in oral and written English. - Industry experience is a plus for this position.
