One of the reputed University in Saudi Arabia is seeking applications for multiple faculty positions at all levels in the areas of Entrepreneurship & Family Business, Human Resource Management (HRM), Strategy, and General Management with a preference for expertise in Ethics & Business Law.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality instruction at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the specified field of Management.

- Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching methodologies.

- Mentor and advise students, fostering their academic and professional growth.

- Demonstrate a strong record or potential for high-quality research in the designated field.

- Publish in reputable academic journals and actively contribute to the scholarly community.

- Engage in collaborative research initiatives within the department and across disciplines.

- Participate in departmental activities, committees, and contribute to the overall academic community.

- Collaborate with colleagues on initiatives that enhance the academic and research profile of the department.

Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

- Specialization in one of the following areas: Entrepreneurship & Family Business, HRM, Strategy, General Management with a preference for expertise in Ethics & Business Law.

- Strong record or potential for high-quality research and a commitment to excellence in teaching.

- Ability to contribute to the collegial and collaborative atmosphere of the department.

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a reputable Higher Education Institution.
