One of the reputed University in Bahrain invites applicants for the position of Full Professor in Business Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate high efficiency in teaching and learning at the post-graduate level.

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of curricula, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

- Engage in international teaching initiatives and collaborate with global partners to enhance the learning experience.

- Maintain a prolific research agenda, evidenced by a sustained record of publications in highly reputable academic journals and books.

- Conduct cutting-edge research in areas related to business strategy, organizational theory and behavior, financial decision-making, market analysis, leadership, entrepreneurship, global supply chain management, social impact management, and international business.

- Documented experience in successfully supervising master's and doctoral students in their academic and research pursuits.

- Foster a supportive and intellectually stimulating environment for graduate students.

- Ability to deliver teaching internationally and/or a track record of successful international collaboration.

Requirements:

- Ph.D. in Business Administration or a closely related field from reputable universities.

- Minimum of 8 years of post-Ph.D. experience with a distinguished record of academic publications.

- Advanced knowledge in essential functional areas of business, including business strategy, organizational theory and behavior, financial decision-making, market analysis, leadership, entrepreneurship, global supply chain management, social impact management, and international business.
