Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:
- PhD in Commercial Law or an equivalent degree from a recognized and reputable university.
Preferred Qualification:
- Distinguished research record, including publications in peer-reviewed Scopus-indexed journals.
- Appropriate H-index reflecting scholarly impact and significant contributions in the field of Commercial Law.
Expected Skills:
- At least five years of teaching experience at a recognized and reputable university.
- Competency and experience in teaching in both Arabic and English.
- Strong academic and research capabilities in Commercial Law.
