Responsibilities:

- Conduct high-quality research that advances scholarship in the core areas of Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Human-Machine Collaborative Systems, and Information Systems & Technology.

- Contribute to integrative research domains such as Learning & Work, Urban & Sustainability, Health & Wellbeing, and Safety, Security & Fairness.

- Publish research outputs in the most-selective and academically prestigious venues.

- Engage in applied research addressing real-world problems while developing deep, intellectually rigorous ideas.

- Participate in building critical mass and innovative capability within targeted research areas of the School of Computing and Information Systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

- Outstanding research record aligned with core research areas or integrative research domains.

- Expertise relevant to AI Governance, Embodied AI, Human and Social Aspects of Software Engineering, or Post-Quantum Cryptographic Techniques and Applications.

- Suitable for candidates at various career stages, including fresh Ph.D. graduates, postdocs, industry researchers holding a Ph.D., and mid-career or senior faculty.
