Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the review of courses and programs, ensuring effective assessment, quality assurance, and quality enhancement processes.

- Take an active role in designing, developing, and planning courses and academic programs within the subject area.

- Develop innovative approaches to teaching and learning to enhance student engagement and success.

- Offer general support and guidance to students, addressing concerns or referring to appropriate resources when necessary.

- Advise students majoring in the College, providing guidance on academic and career planning.

- Represent the institution and faculty by participating in relevant committees and external groups.

Qualifications and Experience:

- PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in related engineering courses.

- Experience in academic teaching, research, and student mentorship.

- Commitment to continuous professional development.
