One of the reputed University in Qatar invites applicants for the position of Senior Lecturer / Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in the field of Smart Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, deliver, and evaluate a variety of courses within Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing and related diploma and degree programs.

- Evaluate student progress and manage resources within the learning environment.

- Liaise with industry and educational institutions, participate in industry advisory committees, and supervise final year/capstone projects.

- Deliver lectures, labs, and develop course material as needed.

- Report technical issues in labs and classrooms and refer struggling students to the student counseling department.

- Maintain course portfolio documents for program review and accreditation processes.

- Engage in instructional development and new program development initiatives.

- Contribute to applied research and innovation, enhancing the college's academic profile.

Education and Experience:

- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering – Smart Manufacturing.

- Minimum of three (3) years full-time teaching experience in relevant institutions.

- Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and platforms.

- Demonstrated academic and information literacy skills.
