Job Description | One of the reputed University in Saudi Arabia invites applicants for the position of Assistant / Associate / Full Professor in Mechanical Engineering. Duties & Responsibilities: - Contribute to school and faculty policy and practice in teaching. - Design, develop, and plan courses and programs within the subject area. - Review courses and programs and participate in assessment, quality assurance, and enhancement. - Develop innovative approaches to learning and teaching. - Provide timely feedback and assessment of coursework and examinations. - Provide support and guidance to students, resolving issues and referring to specialists when necessary. - Maintain scholarly or professional development activities and stay updated with developments in the field. - Contribute to student advisement within the College. - Represent the institution and faculty on appropriate committees and groups. - Contribute to management and administrative processes within the school, faculty, and College. - Participate in major initiatives or areas of work that facilitate School, faculty, or College performance and accreditation. - Assist in the recruitment, management, development, and mentoring of colleagues. - Perform any other position-related duties as requested. |
Job Profile | Qualifications & Experience (Required): - A Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum of 3 years' teaching experience in any approved higher education institution. - Familiarity with technology-infused academic environments. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Required): - Research interest and experience in teaching System Dynamics/Vibrations and Robotics, CAD/CAM/FEA, Experimental Thermofluids, and Experimental Solid Mechanics.
