One of the reputed University in Kuwait invites applicants for the position of Assistant Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and develop curriculum unit descriptions and summaries.

- Create assessments to evaluate and enhance student performance.

- Identify necessary IT resources to support academic plans.

- Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance.

- Supervise student projects and provide guidance.

- Participate in graduation ceremonies.

- Collaborate on designing, executing, and evaluating unit syllabi.

- Teach unit syllabi to facilitate student success.

- Serve as an academic advisor to students across multiple units.

- Collaborate on remediation programs for students not progressing as expected.

- Participate in laboratory activities as needed.

- Conduct research leading to publications and conference presentations.

- Develop research proposals with internal and external colleagues.

- Collaborate with professional associations and institutions for professional development.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

- PhD in a relevant field.

- Up to 5 years of experience in university teaching, research, or industry.

- Minimum of 3 peer-reviewed international journal publications with impact factor.

- Industry exposure through research, consultancy, or professional activities.

- Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate units.

- Experience in honors project supervision.

- Active involvement in professional associations.
