One of the reputed University in Saudi Arabia invites applicants for the position of Assistant Professor in Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

General:

- Uphold the values and standards of the College, adhering to policies and procedures while demonstrating high professional standards.

- Foster an inclusive environment, respecting the diversity and dignity of all members of the College community.

- Promote collegiality within the College community and lead by example.

Teaching and Other Academic Duties:

- Contribute to the development of school and faculty policies in teaching and research.

- Participate significantly in the design, development, and planning of courses and programs within the subject area.

- Play a substantial role in course and program reviews, assessment, and quality assurance.

- Utilize innovative teaching approaches, including flipped classroom methods, and develop creative learning experiences.

- Provide timely feedback and assessment of coursework and examinations.

- Offer guidance and support to students, addressing issues and referring to specialists when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Doctorate degree in Marketing or a closely related field from an accredited Western residential university.

- Minimum of three years of teaching experience in marketing, digital marketing, and marketing analytics, including proficiency in tools such as Tableau or Power BI, advanced excel, Adwords, and Google Analytics.

- Experience with management applications/tools (e.g., digital marketing, CRM), simulation techniques, and innovative teaching methods.

- Ability to deliver "micro credentials" in marketing.

- Actively engaged in marketing research, particularly focusing on experiential research.

- Preference will be given to Ph.D. holders from AACSB Accredited universities.
