Job Description | One of the reputed University in Kuwait invites applicants for the position of Assistant/ Associate Professor in Management. Responsibilities: - Develop and update unit descriptions and summaries within the curriculum. - Design assessments to evaluate and enhance student performance. - Create learning resources for the library to support student reference needs. - Identify necessary IT resources to support academic plans. - Maintain accurate student records including grades and attendance. - Supervise student projects and provide guidance. - Actively contribute to community engagement initiatives. - Deliver unit syllabi effectively to ensure student success. - Provide academic advising to students and monitor their progress. - Collaborate with university administration and unit coordinators on remediation programs. - Participate in laboratory activities as required. - Conduct research leading to publications and conference presentations. - Develop research proposals with internal and external colleagues. - Collaborate with professional associations and institutions for professional development. |
Job Profile | Requirements: - Ph.D. in a relevant field. - Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in university teaching, research, or industry. - Publication record of at least 5 peer-reviewed international journals with impact factor. - Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and leadership. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and professional service.
