One of the reputed University in Kuwait invites applicants for the Faculty positions in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead research programs in areas related to Civil Engineering, with a focus on sustainability and environmental design.

- The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses in Energy Efficient and Green Buildings3- Energy, Emissions and Environmental Design, Senior Design Projects – Environmental Design, and Sustainability Assessment and management.

- Work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.

- Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at conferences.

- Supervise undergraduate students in research projects.

- Evidence of a strong commitment to both teaching and research is required.

- Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level related to their specific expertise within the professional Civil Engineering curriculum.

Qualifications:

- PhD degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Commitment to excellence in teaching and scholarship

- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with faculty from a variety of disciplines.

Experience:

- A minimum of three years of teaching experience in higher education is expected.
